We found the following Three Phase project process the most efficient in implementing your website project, it outlines in your Project Proposal and reflects the time-line and payment structure of each project:

1-2 Weeks: Creative

After your agreement in signing the Project Proposal we request the payment of the first 50% of the project estimate outlined in the proposal.
We then start the First Phase in creating your unique website design where ​we incorporate your corporate identity and consider up to three change requests you may have.

2-4 Weeks: Technical

On completion of Phase One a 30% progress payment is received and we begin the development phase of the project. In this phase we will process and set-up the website structure and configure any required functionality and import any agreed contents and implement its navigational structure. During this phase the website is brought to life and can be accessed via our development server so that you can see the progress of your website.

4-6 Weeks: Training & Handover

In the Third and last Stage we finalise the development we conduct testing and provide documentation and training. And when we have reached all milestones outlines in the Project Proposal, we request the final payment of the rest amount of the actual efforts and costs involved. After which we will transfer the website to your production server.
